  11. Restore your backup after installing the new version. Create the "games" folder if it is missing (auto created on first game start-up)

  14. - Download and extract

  15. - In the extracted Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_1.6.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe directory, run InstallApp.exe

  16. - The app will now be registered. If you receive an error about DLC packages registering you may

  17.   ignore this error: (Registering any existing DLC packages...failed!)

  18. - YOU MUST start the game from the START MENU; NOT THE .EXE!

  19. - Play! (LAN is confirmed working)
