What elevates the Viper above other combat models is their built-in whip weapon that acts like a part of their body allowing for inhuman control and accuracy, it was not unheard of the machines emptying an entire room of armed men in seconds

 Quality expected of a combat ready machine, however the Viper series' androids are made with a frame easily modifiable, it was standard to disguise them as other android models for maximum efficacy
-Torso Slot
 The Ouroboros is stored inside the torse of the droid and usually appears from palms of the hands, however there's also exits for them in the feet and all over the torso for sneak attacks.

Multigun: "Ouroboros" (Electrified Whip + Special 2h Melee)
The namesake of the Viper androids, a special whip weapon stored in their bodies capable of easily cleaving combat drones or whatever structure their targets hide behind, due to their focus on assassination of heavily cyberized targets, Ouroboros is a natural temperature superconductor capable of delivering a current powerful enough to damage even military grade machines once connected.

One of the Ark Robotics androids, machines made to serve as both bodyguards and assassins who operate mostly on urban enviroments with the Viper series made in response to the increase in heavily augmented targets and rival bodyguard androids during the war, Phi was waiting redeployment when the nukes dropped and thus left forgotten by all for many years until eventually being unearthed and reactivated into a new world of scantily clad savages and mutant abominations, quite the change of pace.

Now in a brand new world and without restraints courtesy of the nuclear bombing from way back then, Phi has settled on a few things to give her life purpose: Collecting pre-war technology for the Factory to study/replicate but also pre-war trinkets and information, books, anything really that could give her a glimpse on the world she couldn't truly explore way back then. 

While not incapable of kindness, Phi is ultimately a selfish being deciding who to help on a "What is going to benefit me or my allies the most?" basis and isn't afraid of killing people in cold blood if needed to, however she lacks the element of human cruelty, taking unnecessary lives is a risk to her self preservation, something that runs contrary to her progamming

Personally she'd call herself a humble jester on a journey to improve her trade and discover more about the world and as such her persona is usually very relaxed, not worrying much beyond living day to day and enjoying it, and avoiding annoying people (too much at least), not everyone respects the jester's privilege these days.
