FIRST TEST – PERFORMANCE \r\nMinnie: Textbook answers to the vast majority of the questions. Evidences a robust moral compass. For the last question, “To protect the weak and the helpless and to maintain societal order in the face of extraordinary threats.”\r\nHailey: Barely passed. Certain paragraphs read like they were copied from a book on Corporate Social Responsibility. For the last question, “To give a voice to the voiceless” + several sentences of bullshit.\r\nFaith: Performed decently, but some of her answers betray a concerning tendency towards utilitarianism. For the last question, “To reach my fullest potential and work towards the greater good in whatever capacity that I am able.”\r\nMax: Performed decently. The margins of the paper are filled with examples of other Japanese heroes and villains. For the last question, “To help other people.”\r\nEdie: Performed decently, but had to rush out the last few questions; she spent too long doodling in the margins. For the last question, “To protect the weak from those who would seek to abuse them.”\r\n\r\nBORING GENERIC SCHOOL THING – MINNIE\r\nQ1: I look up to my uncle. I think he’s the epitome of a successful and admired hero. Of course, there are probably other admirable heroes in Japan, but I’m not yet familiar enough with the local landscape to know of any. [A/N: She’s been in Japan for several months and has had ample time to familiarize herself.]\r\nQ2: I produce electricity that can interface with anything that contains conductive material, like wires or transistors, but I’m limited by my understanding of the thing itself.\r\nQ3: Offense would be good, I think, but I’d be best suited as a ranged fighter. \r\nQ4: I would work best with Hailey, Faith, Max, and Edith. I’m not terribly interested in getting to know anyone else.\r\nQ5: I like to spend time with my friends. I also listen to music.\r\n\r\nBORING GENERIC SCHOOL THING – HAILEY\r\nQ1: I look up to Rosethorn because she is very motivational. She is not lacking in any aspect.\r\nQ2: [half-assed answer that doesn’t provide anything new]\r\nQ3: I think I’m best suited for a role that involves grabbing stuff at range and throwing it at the bad guy. Or grabbing people in danger and throwing them to safety. Or throwing melee fighters at the bad guy if they’re too far away. You know what I mean.\r\nQ4: I would work best with Minnie, Faith, Max, and Edith. I guess Ashleigh and Bobby are okay.\r\nQ5: I like to spend time with [crossed out: my boyfriend and] my friends. I like to travel, preferably in my family’s private jet.\r\n\r\nBORING GENERIC SCHOOL THING – FAITH\r\nQ1: I think every Pro Hero is admirable and I have different things that I admire about all of them.\r\nQ2: I think my quirk is pretty straightforward.\r\nQ3: I think I’m pretty versatile, but it depends on how much metal I have to work with and what kind of metal is available. If I only have a coil of copper wiring, the most I can do is a few snaky drones that can try to trip people up, but if I’m in a parking garage, I think I can do a lot more.\r\nQ4: I would work best with Minnie, Hailey, Max, and Edith. I don’t really feel like I need to get to know anyone else. I know everyone well enough already.\r\nQ5: I like to spend time with my friends. I also like to mess with electronics.\r\n\r\nBORING GENERIC SCHOOL THING – MAX\r\nQ1: [one-page analysis of each of the Top 10 Japanese pro heroes including what she likes and dislikes about them]\r\nQ2: I can only attack what I can sense, and I’m over-reliant on my eyesight for that. I’m working on that, though. \r\nQ3: Probably rescue and support. I don’t know if I’m down to, like, face a villain in battle or something like that.\r\nQ4: I would work best with Minnie, Hailey, Faith, and Edith. Don’t know about who I’d like to get to know better, but I definitely know who’s NOT on the list, and that’s Imai and Inigo.\r\nQ5: I like to spend time with my friends. I also like to dance.\r\n\r\nBORING GENERIC SCHOOL THING – EDIE\r\nQ1: I like Endeavour because he’s the No.1 Pro Hero in Japan. I like winners.\r\nQ2: I can actually capture multiple targets, but it requires concentration and takes longer.\r\nQ3: Probably offense. I can sneak up on a bad guy and put him in my pocket dimension?\r\nQ4: I would work best with Minnie, Hailey, Faith, and Max. I don’t mind getting to know the others better, but they’re just not that interesting, I guess.\r\nQ5: I like to spend time with my friends. I like shopping.
