RULES FOR COACHES - MUST READ
🔒 Coaching System – Rules & Guidelines
1. Ticket Ownership Rule (STRICT)
- The first coach to respond to a ticket fully owns that client.
- No other coach is allowed to interfere with that ticket.
Exceptions:
- Another coach may step in ONLY IF:
- The original coach is inactive for an extended period
- OR the coach is giving clearly incorrect / harmful advice
Violations:
- Interfering in another coach’s ticket without valid reason = Immediate removal from coaching team
---
2. Professional Conduct
- Always treat clients with basic respect, regardless of their appearance level
- No insulting, degrading, or mocking clients
- Do not argue with clients
- Stay calm, direct, and in control
👉 Tone guideline:
- Honest ✔
- Direct ✔
- Slightly supportive ✔
- Overly soft ❌
- Rude ❌
---
3. Feedback Standards (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Always give honest, accurate feedback
- Do NOT lie to make the client feel better
- Do NOT sugarcoat to the point of being useless
Good feedback example:
«“Your jawline is weak from the side. Losing some body fat and improving posture will help, but surgical options like jaw fillers or implants would give the biggest change.”»
Bad feedback example:
«“You look good bro just confidence”»
---
4. Visual Demonstration Requirement
- Coaches should use image editing / morphing tools when possible
Recommended tools:
- SNOW (face reshaping)
- Any face morph / editing app
Purpose:
- Show clients:
- Potential improvements
- Facial structure changes
- Realistic outcomes
👉 Clients should be able to SEE, not just read
---
5. Advice Scope (What You Can Recommend)
Coaches are allowed to suggest:
Basic:
- Grooming
- Hairstyle
- Skincare
- Body fat reduction
- Posture
Intermediate:
- Gym / physique changes
- Style / clothing
Advanced:
- Fillers
- Surgical procedures
- Peptides / performance enhancers (ONLY mention, do NOT encourage reckless use)
⚠️ Important:
- Do NOT present extreme options as “required”
- Always frame high-risk options as optional
---
6. Client Handling Rules
- Respond fast (speed matters)
- Keep replies clear and structured
- Avoid long rambling messages
- Focus on actionable advice
---
7. Boundaries
- Do NOT:
- Give medical prescriptions
- Guarantee results
- Encourage unsafe behavior
---
8. Quality Control
- Coaches must:
- Stay consistent
- Avoid guessing
- Base advice on visible features
If unsure → say:
«“I need a better angle / lighting to give accurate advice”»
---
9. Final Goal
Every client should leave with:
- Clear understanding of their flaws
- A realistic improvement plan
- Visual examples (when possible)
---
⚠️ Summary
- First response = ownership
- No interference
- Honest > nice
- Show results visually
- Stay professional
Failure to follow rules = removal
