A african-american adopted into a otherwise German family who owned a major armor and weapons manufacturer in Gotham, he had a quiet childhood but could nedver measure up to his native german family members. Living at home in the several floors of the privately owned apartment building; he was resigned to a life of a security officer. When the Jokerz raided his home, he defended it as best as he could, but was forced into a saferoom in the central living spaces between apartments. However when seeing the suit of armor - thought deactivated - he attempted to activate it and found it funcxtional. Wearing the sut for the first time, he broke out of the glass case where the suit was located and taking the signature weapon started eliminating the Jokerz in alarcity. The Jokerz, now defeated were quickly dealt with and turned over to the police that arrived to deal with the problem. Taking the fight to the streets, he began fighting the Jokerz as revenge as well as to help his families corporation find out what they were up to and how it involved him and his own.
