Itsumahime Chart

-Junpei Shimizu-
"Poor child, so young and yet burdened with the fate of his clan"
While not exactly uncommon in the warring states, a young scion being forced to shoulder the fate of his clan is still quite the tragic sight Itsumahime feels sorry for. In regards to Junpei's search for allies, she would be willing to evaluate him and what his family has to offer. Their skill in tattoos and medical arts does add some points but their lack of a bloodline limit means there is no pressure to offer him a political marriage as fast as possible, so she can take her time to decide whether or not its worth to ally with the Shimizu clan

-Ken Sarutobi-
"Kids these days, they learn a few jutsu or win a few battles and they're already out of touch with reality"
Ken's tricky monkey fighting style would be enough to place him as Shinobi with potential that Itsumahime can respect, but his overconfidence that was likely nurtured by the Senju means he wouldn't make it very far in her eyes, so he needs to saved

-Hajime Hyuuga-
"I've always wanted to see the legendary gentle fist with my very own eyes"
As another ninja who fights by striking at the pressure points, Itsumahime would be very interested in comparing her technique to the hyuuga's gentle fists, but due to their gap in experience its more likely she'll play a game of "how many tenketsu can i burst open/how fast can the boy close those?". Despite this and that beating a chakra beast would be a pretty good advertisement for her virtue, doing it would be a pain so she'd actually stop to prevent it from getting out

-Cikap Kamuy-
"It truly is unfortunate how the masses are so ignorant!"
Considering the thunder chicken is sealed there isn't really any chance for them to interact, but they do share the sentiment of "most people don't really get my wisdom even if i do share it with them", although Itsumahime doesn't hold it against people, they're simply children who don't know better

-Yoji Yamori-
"Lacking as a shinobi even considering his age, but perhaps the mind of a child would be more suited for my wisdom?"
Potential cult member/disciple, but his... dullness could be more trouble than it is worth. There isn't much point in trying to teach him any actual tricks beyond "just throw your strongest genjutsu and rush in", but at least his lack of combat skill would be compensated if he goes crazy with nature energy right? Right? Well at least if Yoya-kun drinks the Jashin kool-aid he'll have someone to prevent him from being turned into a puppet/having his organs harvested by evil shinobi

-Kiko Yamori-
"How unfortunate"
If yoya's yoyaness doesn't make it difficult, here is the other possible obstacle. Certainly more competent as shinobi and her people skills would be very useful to have in a disciple, but it is quite a shame that she uses it for evil. If only she had a pure heart to use those gifts.

-Homura Uzumaki-
"Are all samurai this... unsubtle?"
Potential cult member n2 who is also a bit lacking in the strategy department. Their relationship depends a lot on their first meeting as their goals do have a good amount of overlap: Homuhomu wants to save people for being a good person, Itsumahime is interested in using their gratitude to recruit people into her cult, pretty much the same thing! Homura's "no underhanded methods!" is an awful flaw, but her charisma and dedication to doing what's right gives her a very high potential as a possible miko, so Itsumahime does have a good opinion of her, if the Uzumaki hadn't done so first, she would have married Homura into the clan.

-Kimiko Uzumaki-
"The little princess of the Uzumaki, still has a lot to go"
One more overconfident brat to the list, old enough to know something about what she's talking about, but not mature enough to avoid childish mistakes. Kimiko isn't entirely wrong in her paranoia, every clan leader must be prepared for the worse, but the little lady's emotion leads her into extremes that impact her ability as a leader, only made worse by the seal. Don't really have any reason to fight, as Itsumahime would avoid going after Uzumaki shinobi because of their sealing techniques, but if they did fight the miko would take the fight a lot more seriously than usual, fuinjutsu is no joke. The little princess playing warlord does make her very cute however.

-Dai Takahashi-
"Abandoning his clan at such a young age, what a sad story"
Depending on his definition of what is "truly villainous" probably won't have a very good opinion of the miko, but either way he is just another troubled soul who needs to be saved

-Taka Kanemaru-
"The study of medicine creates both doctors and assassins, not surprising for the art of metal to be used both on the forge and in battle"
His empathy for his fellow clanners is a respectable virtue, but his honor that drags him into unnecessary battles does damage his image a tad bit. The desire for material wealth to protect his people is understandable, but an unfortunate consequence of how the world is.

-Tsuka Kanemaru-
"Quite enlightened for a boy his age"
Tsuka's acceptance of death and decision to make the best out of the limited time he has earns him quite a lot of respect from the miko, to the point she doesn't feel like there is any need to "save" him. Her opinion as a doctor is that for diseases like his there isn't much point in despairing for a cure, providing treatment so the patient can spend their last days in relative peace is the best one can do.

-Arechi-Ri-
"What a curious looking beast"
It's a huge bug beast, there isn't anything wrong with just chilling, so her opinion of it would depend a lot on what morals does it enforce in its patrols?

-Yoshiyasu Tagai-
"Poor child, blinded by the suffering of this impure realm."
A poor soul whose fear has made them desperately attached to this world, the kind of problem child that requires special attention. He might kick and scream all the way, but children are like that aren't they? He'll thank her once he joins his old companions in the pure land, all he needs is a slight push and words of encouragement.

-Taigen Uchiha-
"Cursed at birth and cursed once more in life, such is the fate of the Uchiha"
As an outlaw doctor, Itsumahime has seen her fair share of sharingans, both as corpses to have their eyes removed and as tools to be transplanted into other nin, so in a way she is a small contributor to the Uchiha suffering come to think of it. The Uchiha clan is pretty much doomed to having tragic figures and hated by everyone so they're in dire need of love. Normal genjutsu Kizu could take care of, but considering it's a sharingan we are talking about, Itsumahime might be forced to try a dispelling method only an unhinged immortal doctor would think of.

-Reina Uchiha-
"It's a shame that all that love will turn into hatred eventually"
A breath of fresh air compared to the typical uchiha clan member, but chances are that the curse of hatred will eventually get to the girl. It might not be a guarantee, but knowing the history of the sharingan, that's very likely going to happen sooner or later.

-Yoryo-
"Many warlords have used the excuse of peace before, that's just one more to the list"
Doesn't really have anything interesting going for him, the only difference from the other many warlords being how he goes about it. Would be willing to accept jobs from him depending on how much it benefits her or the Yamagumo clan, but as she doesn't really believe in his ideals nor trusts the mystery bat man she would jump ship as soon as she felt like it.

-Harema Senju-
"I can only imagine the struggle of managing a clan of such influence"
Empathizes with his struggle over leading the clan, but is also a bit disappointed in Harema, he helped his master become a martyr in his noble sacrifice, that's a reason to be proud! Doesn't really care about Kamon, so he just has the usual for beng affiliated with the Akatsuki

-Yukiko-
"Poor kid, left all alone and now deceived by those maniacs"
One of the reasons why Itsumahime believes the Akatsuki as a whole needs to be saved, abusing the weakness of a vulnerable girl to trick her into being a part of their schemes, how shameful! If the Akatsuki hadn't sunk their dirty claws into Yukiko, the miko would have gladly adopted or married her into the clan and of course, teach her the truth of this world. If Itsumahime ends up in the blizzard, there's a few ways she could go about it, be it eating a few blood replenishment pills and using her blood + whatever is in Kizu to paint the field red, using it to sense her, or simply setting her entire body on fire to fight the cold.

-Hiro-
"Death, O glorious, final death! Savior of man!...."
The greatest sinner in the Akatsuki and almost certainly the false idol that is leading these children astray, Hiro, or whatever remains of him, is the one who most desperately needs salvation. A creature that is hard to define as human whose words are pure deceit, who brings souls out of their deserved rest and traps them into this realm and tricks people with promises of immortality. If he gets saved first, perhaps there is some hope for the other Akatsuki to come to their senses, and as such she'll cooperate with anybody if that is what is required to save him with certainty.

-Arito Daigo-
"How lovely, so young and dedicated to searching for wisdom"
Very interested in Daigo's books, even if she does have some inhumane medical and thread based techniques, as a medical nin she couldn't miss an opportunity like that. Outside of medical jutsu, she would also be interested in Yin techniques and of course curse jutsu.

-Ushi-Oni, Rai-
"To think the other spider would be so... unrefined"
A tad unfortunate the other spider youkai is a crass merc that wouldn't understand the deep truths of this world, so there isn't anything that catches the miko attention here.

-Hijiri Taimatsu-
"How can you fight for people without being able to love them?"
Another poor soul tricked by the Akatsuki but this time it's an actual irreverent and selfish brat, his past is tragic but it's no excuse to be unable to trust people, it's certainly a tragedy how he is so far gone that he likely wouldn't be able to recognize how selfless Itsumahime is, but that's okay, it's only one of the trials she must undergo.

-Yochina hi-
"As childish as his owner"
It's simply a dumb animal, a really big chicken on fire, but still a stupid chicken.

-Arisu-
"What a joke of a pacifist"
They're almost doomed to have a fight because Arisu is ignorant and would turn something insignificant into a declaration of war, not like Itsumahime would mind an excuse to try and save someone, but that's just how things are. Considering Arisu's comically short temper, one can't help but wonder if she truly believes in that peace, or if that is just an excuse the smoker tells herself.

-Kemaru-
"That's the wrong mindset for killing!"
Doesn't really care about him, but has a slightly bad opinion of him for his sadism, killing for killing's sake is sign of a mind clouded by wordly desires.

-Zann Ina-
"The number of people i must save keeps on increasing by the day..."
Yet another one with clouded eyes who has lost his soul to temptation, why can't children stop fighting over meaningless nonsense all day, don't they have anything better to do!?

-Puppet Master Ko-
"Oh, another one of these"
The second silly string man, doesn't place nearly as the other one because he isn't obsessed with extending his life but as he took playing with dolls a little bit too far he certainly needs some love.

-Keiko-
"Ah, the struggle of being hunted by the ignorant"
Laying low and avoiding getting unnecessary attention is a very prudent way to live, but as another nin who regularly drains corpses dry, it's quite clear for Itsumahime that whatever Keiko is doing with those isn't anything wholesome, so there certainly must be something going on there.

-El Salvador Relampago-
"Lucha?"
Every foreigner is bond to have their eccentricities, and Salvador certainly has some of them. Itsumahime doesn't really get what a luchador is or why a mask is so important, but that won't stop her love, she has vowed to love all, some superficial differences won't stop her crusade. Considering he is also a soldier of love, he deserves a great deal of respect, it's very hard to find one of those these days.

-Mistress Shino-
"...I pray so that you shall surely break..."
One more tragic case of the Akatsuki, already off into the deep end, meeting the great evil that is Hiro certainly has made her worse. Her extreme dedication to survive perhaps could be turned into a very productive miko, but that would require quite a lot of time to convert her selfish desire for immortality into something good, and it doesn't look like the girl would like to wait. Would almost certainly trigger her thanatophobia in some major way, in particular the time bomb of firing dark blood vs jujutsu, at which point she likely would need someone from the Akatsuki to drag her out of the death loop/torture session.

-Inshun-
"A monk that has not yet realized that he has become a demon"
Despite being of different faiths, it still is sad that a man who is supposed to bring others to the path of enlightenment has lost himself to his desires. Sending him on his way to the pure land will likely require getting a sealing barrier scroll set to guarantee his passage.

-Chobei Nakamoto-
"...Why are the samurai like this?"
At first shocked by his eccentric personality, if Homura-chan already did damage to the image of the noble samurai, her aniki certainly finished burying it deep in the ground. But quickly will come to the conclusion that he is playing the fool... even if at the times he seems to be playing the part a little too well... Do we have karaokes yet? Itsumahime would be interested in hearing him singing

-Chiyo Kazama-
"....."
Thankfully Chiyo isn't a samurai otherwise their reputation would have fallen to depths unknown because her "head empty" game is on another level. At the very least the painter is funny... Or Itsumahime simply has a god awful sense of humor, 50/50 really, but it's enough for her to not bother trying to save the weird artist

-Chishiki-shu-
"One more of those..."
We have a worrying amount of birds. One more prideful big chicken to the mix, but his dynamic with Chiyo is what makes him interesting in the miko's eyes. She does wonder whether or not the Vault would allow her in, or if like the painter she only qualifies for the artifact

-Aburame Shou-
"I might have to deafen myself.."
As a medical nin seeing shinobi born with disabilities or serious diseases managing to become effective or turning their issues into an advantage always fills Itsumahime's heart with joy. As part of her medical training she did learn sign languague to make sure she is able to talk to any patient, so there's at least someone who would be able to talk to the bug man

-Emono Higaisha & his dog-
"What a curious creature"
Out of all the beasts, Ueta certainly is the one who needs help, a cursed existence in a perpetual state of hunger meanwhile the boy reduced to a sad state by the creature has built a twisted relationship out of desperation, both certainly require to be saved from their fates.
