Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was then known as Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship. 
 
YFC was growing and eventually was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church's headquarters. The Believer's LoveWorld is home to millions of associates and followers around the globe. 
 
Through its 2002 environment for miracles program, BLW was the most popular Christian ministry on TV in Africa. They stopped airing the programme in the month of May 2004 when the then President of Nigeria - President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should stop airing miracles on the television.
