My and 3 of my friends recently went to two movies both on the same day, Avengers 3D and then Men in Black 3D. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy the movie let alone hear a single word...
at the Avengers, it was rather empty in the theater, and there were around 25 people in it altogether, and throughout most of the movie there were a small group of teenagers, about 6 of them who were very loud and rowdy and they were not only talking a lot, they were yelling, and one guy was saying stuff like "This happens next" "they blow up now" and he ruined the entire movie for us...
we barely heard anything, and half the time the teens were throwing stuff around!
I called a staff member to get them to quiet them down, he tried but a few minutes after he left they started up again.
So my friends and I left the movie to go to Men in black 3, and unfortunately for us, those teenagers were in there again, but this time there were only 4, two or three were missing, and even with a full theater, they had no manners, and were again talking and shouting throughout.

Overall, the four of us did not have a good experience, and I understand that the theater employee was unable to do much because the teens were disrespectful.
On behalf of my friends and I, I am requesting either a refund, or tickets to re-watch the two movies in peace, all four of us.
