 for some cause, the download wont work for me each with and without the command the window just pops up and goes or once i directly execute the jar file it offers me the error "A JNI error has occurred, please verify your installation and try once more"

 i had the identical problem. after installing jdk sixteen it works, the primary time you run it it’ll generate eula.txt and you need to edit it from false to true after which run it again
