Any physical item shipped outside the USA is not eligible for any kind of exchange, return, refund, or compensation of any kind due to high shipping costs and the time it takes to travel. If you purchase a physical item and live outside of the US, you are responsible for any import fees/taxes due. Attempts to charge back will result in a ban from mine and other modders services, and if you attempt to charge back before you receive the product you purchased from me you WILL NOT receive it, even if your attempted charge back fails.
